The sea view cabin offered a fantastic vista that added a nice touch to our stay. It was a solid spot for a family getaway, provided a decent space for relaxation after a day of adventure.

Issues cropped up during our stay—one of the beds was saggy, which was pretty uncomfortable for two. The amenities blocks could really benefit from a thorough cleaning. phone reception was poor, and no park WiFi left us a bit out of touch, although some might appreciate the digital detox. The shower pressure was a joke. it was unbearable especially if someone else was using another shower nearby, leaving me with drizzling water instead of a proper rinse. The laundry facility was out of service, forcing us to either clean up the old-fashioned way or just wait until we returned home.

My stay was wonderful, with both Yanakie Beach just a short stroll away and the scenic Yanakie/Duck Point Hiking Loop practically at my doorstep, making my weekend explorations so enjoyable. the facilities were comfortable for cooking inside the cabin, adding to the ease of the experience.

The stunning natural surroundings and close access to beautiful beaches made our stay truly enjoyable. We particularly loved spotting kangaroos on a nature walk nearby!

Unfortunately, our cabin was quite dated and lacked some essential amenities, specifically it didn’t have a toilet, which was unexpected and inconvenient.

For a cozy stay, request an extra heater in advance to stay warm during chilly nights.
